Shahid, Bipasha's to work together?

Reports are suggested that Siddharth Anand wants to caste Shahid Kapoor and Bipasha Basu in his next venture. Recently Shahid Kapoor and Bipasha Basu was spotted having dinner at a Bandra cafe with director Siddharth Anand and his wife Mamta.

Bipasha has worked with Siddharth in Bachna Aye Haseeno opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Shahid and Sid never worked together. But at the dinner it was visible that trio were bonding very quickly.

A source close to Bipasha said, “Bipasha is really fond of Siddharth. She wanted him to come for a casual dinner with Shahid. They were joking around and having a good time. Shahid was quite interested in discussing the possibility of doing a romantic film with Bips. A few months ago, there was buzz that Sid wanted to remake the Tom Cruise film Knight and Day with Shahid and Priyanka for a leading production house. However, the project never took off."

Last time Sahid and Bipasha share the screen space in Shikhar (2005) though they were not cast opposite each other.

Salman Khan stays away from Dabangg 2

The latest news from the Salman Khan camp is that Salman is not ready to work in Dabangg 2 at this moment. Last year’s blockbuster Dabangg gave Salman a famous name of Chulbul Pandey. And now it’s surprising to hear that Sallu is keeping himself away from Dabangg 2.

However the reason given by the close friend of Salman is right now the actor is so busy shooting for other films that he has given the responsibility of the scripting and brainstorming of 'Dabangg 2' to Arbaaz Khan and his team. Dabanng and its sequel is very close to Salman's heart but the actor is not finding any time to seat and work on this.

Dabangg 2 is still in its scripting stages and the physical presence of Salman is unwarranted. A source telling us "Whenever there's an idea, it's always best to pick up the phone and talk to bhai, he is shooting and not always in the city."

Shirish Kunder Blasts on Shah Rukh Khan

Shirish Kunder takes on heavily on Shah Rukh Khan. In his microblogging website he said he is the first one who use 3D technology for his film Joker and rubbishes claims of Riteish Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. Yesterday Riteish Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar announced that Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra starrer Don 2 would be releasing in 3D too.3D.

Shirish wrote, "Joker was the first Indian stereoscopic 3D film to be announced. Bad news. Everyone else seems to be releasing before us. Good news. They would have set up the entire infrastructure for our release."
Recently Shah Rukh also announced that he is also bringing out Ra.One in 3D.

Is Sonakshi Dating Ranveer?

Industry buzz is that Dabangg girl Sonakshi Sinha is dating Band Baaja Baarat hero Ranveer Singh. Recently, Sonakshi and Ranveer have been spotted together at some hotspots in Mumbai.

However Sonakshi has denied this rumour by tweeting: “Arre yaar, pls! At least link me up with someone who’s number I have!! had a good laugh over morning chai and NEWSpaper today :).”

Few weeks back Sonakshi praised Ranveer for his acting skills in his debut movie and said she would have loved to date him if he was single, that time Ranveer was dating his co- star Anushka Sharma. But after break-up with her Ranveer tried to impress Sonakshi with lots of means. Even in an interview he said he wanted to go out on a date with Sonakshi Sinha.
Incidentally after that interview they performed together at the IIFA awards in Toronto this year. After which Ranveer and Sonakshi reportedly got close to each other.

Bipasha Basu Reunites with the Bhatts

Bipasha Basu is back to Bhatt camp! Bipasha Basu is being welcomed back into the Bhatt camp with open arms. She signed the much talked-about third part of the Raaz franchise and was officially back to being a Bhatt girl.

Mukesh Bhatt confirmed the news, "Yes, I can say that Bipasha has been welcomed home. She was destined to do the best and in Vishesh Films, we are giving her the best." "The fact is that we are working together, which means we have a beautiful understanding. Let bygones be bygones. It is a home-coming for her and for Vikram Bhatt. We are all set to make a box office bonanza and we promise that it will be bigger than the first Raaz." He adds.

Director Vikram Bhatt said, "Bipasha is an important part of the team that created the brand Raaz. I am happy to be working with her again and I am determined to recreate the same magic, with the whole-hearted support of the Murder 2 team - Emraan and Jacqueline, along with writer Shagufta Rafique. Just await the three idiots of horror and romance."

Reportedly Mukesh Bhatt wanted Bipasha to do an item song in Murder 2. But Bhatts got angry when Bipasha demanded huge amount. They felt insulted as they were instrumental in Bipasha's rise to stardom by casting her in films Jism and Raaz at an early stage of her career. Upset Bhatts declare that they will not work with Bipasha again. However Bipasha has slashed her price for the Bhatt camp and signed Raaz 3 with much reasonable rate which makes Bhatts happy.

Salman Khan-Sooraj Barjatya Team Up For The Next Project

According to the industry news recently Salman Khan has met his favorite director Sooraj Barjatya to discuss scripts for Rajshri production’s next movie. If Salman agrees to do the movie then it would be actor’s work with director Sooraj Barjatya after Hum Saath Saath Hain.

The sources are telling that that Salman has some reservations on the script and eventually requested Sooraj to make some changes in the script. "Salman is keen to work with Sooraj as he loves the charm of Rajshri films. At the same time he is not going to break the trend of hits which his audiences are used to now", reports claiming.

Salman is presently busy shooting for Ek Tha Tiger and promoting.

Karishma Kapoor Rubbishes Kareena’s Wedding News

Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor denied reports that her younger sister Kareena is set to tie the knot with beau Saif Ali Khan towards the end of 2012.

'Kareena is not getting married anytime soon,' Karishma said to reporters who were present at the promotion of skincare product Olay Total Effects, which Karishma feels is the reason behind her 'ageless beauty'.

Rumour were spreading that Saif and Kareena is all set to settle down next year in a royal style at a palace in Bhopal. Also rumors are that Kareena is travelling to Delhi frequently to finalize her wedding dress which will be made by fashion designer Ritu Kumar.

Deepika Gives Continuous Dates for Rajinikanth's Rana

Superstar Rajinikanth is all set to a return to the silver screen with the historical action film Rana. Meanwhile co-star Deepika Padukone has given the producers open dates for the film.

“I have assured them that whenever they want to start the film, whether this year or next, they shouldn’t worry about my dates. Whenever they need me, I will make myself available,” confirms Deepika. “I have asked them not to worry at all. Rajni sir’s health is most important.” The actress adds.

Deepika was constantly in touch with Rajni’s daughter who happens to be the co-producer of the movie, Soundarya when Rajni was in Singapore for treatment. “I’d exchange messages regularly. In fact, we’ve become close friends now. What I’m most happy about is that he has recuperated. He just needs to rest. I think we should all just let Rajni sir be, for some time.” The Aarakshan star says.

The shooting of Rana started in April, but Rajinikanth fell ill on sets and was hospitalised. Later he went to Singapore for better treatment and returned last month. Rajni is still under medications and observations.
Talking about her upcoming movie ‘Aarakshan’ which is scheduled to be released this Friday, Om, shanty, Om actress said, “The topic is so relevant in our country that everyone has experienced it at some point or the other. Whoever watches it will surely identify with some part,”

Kareena and Saif to Break Up?

All not well in Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan’s paradise? After four years of ‘perfect’ love life the rumour has spread like fire that the superstar couple of Bollywood is all set to announce their break-up very soon.

There were rumours that the couple have been fighting too much lately. Even people in the industry have seen them arguing in the public too. First it was about them being too busy with work and not spending enough time together. That understandable! But now the couple is fighting severely for the financial matter. The reason is being Bebo's spending habits. Rumours are that the couple have been arguing over finances, while Saif doesn't mind splurging on his girlfriend but her family holidays are a matter of concern.

Saif Ali Khan has reportedly denied this entire allegation “Kareena and I are extremely close and looking forward to a bright future together. But please, right now, I’d like the focus to be on our professional life, rather than let our personal life once again overshadow it.”
Reports are saying Kareena is planning a trip to London to spend time with Saif and sort out the differences.

Warrant issued against Pooja Bhatt by Court

On Friday a local court issued a warrant against actor turned producer Pooja Bhatt for not appearing while hearing. Social activist Vinod Jain has filed a case against Pooja Bhat in 2005 for portraying an indecent poster of her movie ''Rog'' as a part the film’s promotional campaign. The posters portray a skimpily clad South African Model Elina Hamman and some people objected to the poster. Police registered a case of obscenity against six persons including Bhatt.

Jain’s advocate Mr. Vijendra Jabra told media that "Bhatt did not appear before the court, so the court issued a bailable warrant against her".

On July 14, 2008 the Bandra court had discharged Bhatt and others accused from the case saying that there was no sufficient evidence against them. However, the session's court overrule that judgement January 10, 2011 and order the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to assign the case to the new magistrate to conduct the trial. The case is likely to come up next on July 4.

Actor Siddharth is accused of nepotism

Actor Siddharth of Striker & Rang De Basanti fame is in controversy over favourism. Actress Nitya Menon accused that the actor has used all his power to push out her from the film ‘Oh My Friend’ where she was supposed to act opposite Siddharth.

Nitya is the same actress who herself had earlier opted out from a movie opposite ‘Anari’ hero Venkatesh because he was “too old for her.” But according to this new actress Nitya Siddharth has influenced the producer Raju and director of the film and push her out from the project because he wanted to cast his lady love Shruti Haasan into the film. Siddharth wanted to spend a lot more time together and therefore it would have been easy if Shruti gets the job. Shruti Hassan is daughter of Kamal Hassan and Sarika.

Very much hurt Nitya decided to go public. “Shruti has replaced me in the project and it is Siddharth who wanted her in the movie and made me get out of it,” says the actress.

Sameera Reddy will show her ‘stunts’ in Tezz

Bollywood’s glamour girl Sameera Reddy is all set to show her action talent in director Priyadarshan's next movie Tezz. Buzz is that Sameera was taking all kind of stunt training from riding bikes to going under the water for this film.

Katrina angry with Sonakshi

Bollywood queen Katrina Kaif is very angry with beautiful Sonakshi Sinha. From beginning of Sonakshi’s introduction to the industry and close relationship with Salman Khan camp fumes their relationship. And now f recently Sonakshi told few people in the industry that Katrina has no decency and grace to respond her calls or sms.

Hearing the accusation Katrina is furious. Kaif who never like to indulge in any spat, this time decided to talk for herself and clear the air. A close friend of Katrina told us that the actress always believe in dignity and professionalism. But Sonakshi this time crossed her limits and Katrina is very upset and angry with her.

Preity Zinta becomes producer

After Dia Mirza, Lara Dutta and Ameesha Patel it is now our Bollywod diva Preity Zinta who is ready to become producer according the tinsel town’s latest news. This bubbly beauty is said to be open her production house which is almost completed and produce two movies in the beginning.

One close friend of her told us that Preity is almost ready with her plans and she is now checking & searching the scripts intensively. Initially Preity is supposed to produce two films and she will also act in one of them. Preity is in talk with filmmaker Prem Soni for script and collaboration.

Reports are saying that Prem Soni met Preity Zinta few days back and Prem narrates one story to her, it is saying that ‘Paris’ is the title of that script. Preity may acted in it as the female lead and Prem will direct the same. Who will be the male lead, that has not been yet decided, and for the second film Preity is yet to finalize the script and cast.

Priety always wanted open production house to make films and in her various interviews with media she expressed the desire. However because of her busy schedule with acting, mentoring her IPL team i.e. King’s XI Punjab, and TV assignments, she never get a chance to complete her dream project. But now she has committed to fulfil her dream and make some meaningful movies which she believes.

Her friends told us that though she will produce the movie, but not reduce her acting assignments with other producers and production houses. Preity will soon to sign few more big movies and continue her work.

Big B recommends Rajnikanth for Singapore medical treatment

It is revealed that Big B has recommended his buddy Tamil superstar Rajinikanth to go to Singapore for treatment at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Bachchan family is close to Rajnikanth and ever since he is sick Amitabh Bachchan himself call the actor’s family everyday to get to know the heath progress. He is in constant touch with the family. And after hearing suggestion of Mr. Bachchan, Rajni’s wife did not wait for any other advice. They just flew to Singapore for better treatment for the superstar.

Amitabh Bachchan and the whole Bachchan family was very worried about the health situation of Rajnikanth. In an interview recently Big B said, “I’ve been talking to Rajini and his wife Latha on his condition and on his welfare regularly. Latha wanted to take him out and asked me to recommend a destination. Of the many options that came up, I suggested Singapore.”

A family friend of Rajnikanth told the media, “Rajiniji has been diagnosed with renal failure leading to kidney complications. Rajiniji’s family is indebted to Amitji for recommending the treatment in Singapore.”

Jacqueline Fernandez and Emraan Hashmi shoots steamy hot scenes

Director Mohit Suri met the media to tell about his upcoming movie sequel ‘Murder 2’, for which the shooting has already started. He promised that there will be more suspense, drama, action and love scene in the ‘Murder’ sequel.

‘Murder’ got the limelight and became super hit because of its steamy hot scenes between Mallika Sherawat and Emraan Hashmi. Mohit promised that this time with ‘Murder 2’ viewers will be seen more love scenes and he confirmed that audience will get to see lots of steamy scenes between Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Mallika Sherawat was the main reason for ‘Murder’s success but this time Mallika was replaced by Jacqueline.

There seems to be many changed in the following sequel as per the lead role is concerned. As per media report Akshay Kumar has come in place of Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi for the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.

The biggest surprise ofcourse 'murder' girl Mallika Sherawat has been replaced by beautiful Jacqueline Fernandez in Murder 2 sequel.

Actor Rajat Kapoor is no more there with Bheja Fry sequel and Katrina Kaif is coming in place of Priyanka Chopra for Dostana 2.

Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Rampal signed for PNC’s next movie

Pritish Nandi Communication announced that they are soon to be started their new film under their home production, and they are going to sign up Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Rampal for the same. Both the actors have read the script and agreed to do this movie together. The title is yet to be decided. Industry insiders are telling that Pritish Nandi Communication is keen to work with Big B on this new script based on thriller and Big B himself ready to work with them. Kushan Nandi, Pritish Nandi's son will make his directorial debut with this movie.

Last year PNC announced a film starring Mallika Sherawat and Amitabh Bachchan and both of them signed also. Unfortunately, the film never see the light, not even a single day shoot was done. The movie was supposed to be based on Bollywood, however now it is believed that the same film has been revised with a complete new script.

Arjun and Big B have seen together in two films so far Aankhen and Ek Ajnabee. Though the leading lady yet to be finalized, PNC claimed that this thriller will go on floors by end of 2011.

The couple is having a serious fight for the first time in their 3 months old marriage. These two love birds got married in February this year and few days back only they managed some time off from their busy schedule for their long pending honeymoon.

Kareena to be waxed at Madame Tussauds

Famous Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor is the next in line from the Indian Film industry to be 'waxed' at London's famous Madame Tussauds museum. After receiving nonstop emails and request letters from Kareena’s fans across globe, Tussauds has finally decided to add a wax version of Kareena to their collection.

After handful of Indian stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwariya Rai, Shahrukh Kahn, Hrithik Roshan,  Salman Khan it is now Kareena’s turn to be waxed by Madame Tussauds museum. 

Family sources are telling that Kareena will take time out and head to London to meet the officials very soon. It is then after meeting the Tussauds management, she will seat with the creative team to finalize her look for the ‘waxed’ figure.
